HYGENIQ B.V. is a Dutch pioneering company in the research & development, manufacturing and sales of safe & green cleaning solutions in the most sustainable manner. It has many years’ experience supplying its cleaning products to customers in Hospitality & Restaurant business, Food & Beverage industry, Maintenance & Facility industry, Healthcare industry etc. in The Netherlands.

All HYGENIQ’s products are developed and manufactured in the HYGENIQ R&D and Production Facilities in Enschede, The Netherlands.

HYGENIQ offers 28 products (SKU’s) for the Consumer market. Those are for General indoor cleaning (5 SKU’s), Bathroom/Toilet cleaning (4 SKU’s), Kitchen cleaning (3 SKU’s), Troubleshooting (7 SKU’s), Car care (4 SKU’s) and Outdoor & Garden Cleaning (5 SKU’s)

HYGENIQ products have a minimum shelf life of at least 12 months. Once opened, HYGENIQ products will remain 100% effective for at least 12 months.

HYGENIQ products are at least as effective as -if not better than- the chemicals-based cleaning products.

The color and scent of HYGENIQ products are from an ecological and/or biodegradable origin.

In general, the HYGENIQ products do work just as fast as chemical-based cleaning products. Some of them might need just a little more incubation time though.

HYGENIQ does not promote endless disinfection of all kinds of surfaces. Good bacteria are in fact very useful and play an essential role in the healthiness of humankind. By cleaning surfaces with HYGENIQ products you will automatically remain a healthy balance on most surfaces. However, on critical areas where potentially harmful bacteria normally occur, like toilets and bathrooms, there is a sanitizing component built in our products.

Chemical based cleaning products are typically made of cheap and toxic raw materials. Those are cheap to source and cheap to produce. HYGENIQ products individually consist of at least 10 bio-based ingredients that are formulated specially to create the 100% effective, 100% safe and 100% eco claims of the HYGENIQ product proposition.

When comparing pricing, pay attention to the dosage (concentration). HYGENIQ products are highly concentrated and extra powerful.

Also, there is a difference in price between Ready To Use (RTU) vs Concentrated cleaning products. Ready To Use (RTU) as the name says gives the convenience and ease of use benefits that has a price tag over the concentrated cleaning products.

Probiotics are live non-harmful microorganisms occurring also in nature. These microorganisms are useful bacteria for humans and animals and because of an incredible technical development, are now usable for safe cleaning products.

In HYGENIQ’s products they support the removal of visible filth in an effective way but don’t stop doing their job there. After removing the grime, the good bacteria keep on working by penetrating into inaccessible surfaces and consuming (invisible) filth that, amongst others, causes nasty odors. As a result, grout returns to its original colour and deep stains will be eliminated.
They also significantly reduce the activity of harmful bacteria. So, besides the fact that these good bacteria are helpful to the environment, the probiotic cleaning products of HYGENIQ do have an additional hygienic action comparing to other ordinary cleaning products.

Yes, HYGENIQ’s Probiotics are in fact very safe. They actually live in and on humans and are everywhere around us in nature. 

HYGENIQ’s probiotics are approved by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Class 1 certified in the USA. This means that the pathogenic risk of the microorganisms is considered null.

HYGENIQ products all are gentle to skin and are not likely to cause any irritation or other allergic reactions. In general, they are in a neutral-pH range, where the mildly acidic ones don’t cause any harm to skin through the special safe design.

Though HYGENIQ products are not likely to cause any damage we still advise you to wash your eye thoroughly with clean water or when swallowed to wash your mouth and drink a few glasses of water. Contact with a doctor would only be advised in the unlikely event of remaining irritation, nausea or pain.

Once the (spray)bottle of the HYGENIQ troubleshooters has been opened, they will remain 100% effective for at least 12 months.

You only need 1 part of HYGENIQ Floor Cleaner to mix it with 50 parts of water. Same goes for the HYGENIQ Floor & Grout Cleaner.

HYGENIQ Floor Cleaner is very suitable for use on all water-resistant hard floors.

HYGENIQ Limescale remover is very suitable for use on sinks, faucets, taps, kettles and coffee machines.

HYGENIQ Ink and Paint Remover is extra powerful, without any hazardous classification, meaning completely safe and mild to skin, so, no special time-consuming handling or protection is needed when using it.

Mix one part of HYGENIQ Patio Green Cleaner with 5 parts of water (1:5)

The HYGENIQ Garden Furniture Green Cleaner is for removal of green scale & slime from sun umbrellas, screens, garden furniture, upholstery etc., while the HYGENIQ 3-in-1 Garden Furniture Cleaner is all-purpose cleaning spray with protective properties for all hard washable surfaces in the outdoor area such as plastic, aluminum, cane, rattan, poly-wood and metal garden furniture.

When applied properly the effect can last up to 10 years.

Yes, this product is in fact designed to do so. It will leave a long-lasting protection against finger print stains and a deep gloss shine effect. The effect will last up to a few weeks, depending on the way and the frequency the surface is used or touched. Also, the effect will be shortened when the treated surface is cleaned with other cleaning products.  

One bottle is for 3-20 m^2, depending on how it is applied to it (roller or brush), how thick it is applied to it (the best is two thin layers) and the moisture absorbency of the stones.

Our products are formulated to work effectively and safely on all types of water-resistant floors. Due to our safe composition it does not pose a risk for any surface and does not need to be characterized for a specific kind of floor.

HYGENIQ Floor & Grout Cleaner is very suitable for use on all water-resistant hard floors with grout.

It is one bottle with both a foam and a spray function. The foam function is to be used to create longer contact time when using on vertical surfaces or when targeting specific areas, where the spray function may be used to quickly cover larger areas.

There is no dirty and unhealthy propellant being used – HYGENIQ spray is just using clean air. Unlike conventional spray-cans, where propellants occupy roughly 2/3 of the bottle content, the HYGENIQ Spray contains 100% pure product. There is no need to shake the HYGENIQ spray before use – the product remains evenly distributed, even without shaking. It also works 360 degrees under every angle to reach difficult accessible areas.

Unlike with other bottles it is possible to reach under the toilet rim up to the last drop of the cleaning fluid. Due to the special dosing-chamber technology in the bottle there is no waste on product-usage.

Putting haz-mat pictograms in HYGENIQ product labels is not needed because HYGENIQ products do not pose a risk to your health, your property or the environment. In fact, this is a very good thing.
